La Vie en Rose'

Grapes are harvested by hand and put into small boxes with the utmost care. They undergo a 36-hour maceration in order to obtain the typical colour of onion skin. Draught is followed by refinement on lees for 24 months. This sparkling wine has a very fine perlage, the typical scent of “bread crust” and a fresh, sapid taste with a pleasant acidity. Ideal for appetizers based both on meat and raw or cooked shellfish. Excellent in combination with delicate fish-based dishes. Furthermore, it is the right accompaniment to refined artisan patisserie.

It goes well with appetizers of all kinds, but also throughout the meal thanks to the long stay on the lees.

Fujente Rose'

From the local dialect "he who runs”, the fujente is the image of the tradition of our picturesque patronal festival when a large group of runners named “fujenti” invades the city on the third Sunday of May following the fireworks to celebrate our patron saint, the Madonna del Soccorso. The Fujente is a genuine, passionate man, deeply rooted in our territory, just like this sparkling wine from Nero di Troia grapes, a typical grape variety of our land. After early harvest and vinification, refermentation is followed by a refinement in autoclave for about three months. Hints of cedar and white fruit are combined with sophisticated sparkling enhancing the freshness and pleasantness of this product. Ideal with appetizers, it is excellent with fish and fresh seasonal vegetables based first courses, it is really also exceptional in combination with pizza, especially with our typical filled with spring on. The thin bubbles exalt the hints of red fruits, rose and currants, in the mouth it is dry, characterised by a slight acidity and a good structure. Final clean and elegant, of medium persistence. Perfect for all meals, excellent combination with seafood and delicate taste first courses, served at the right temperature (10-12 degrees) it is ideal as an aperitif.
